BHCC Open Positions

Club Manager Position:   (Full Time)
Starting salary commensurate with experience (begins April 1 or negotiated) Opportunities for additional compensation via bonuses will emerge.  
The Club Manager will oversee all operational aspects of Berkshire Hills. They will directly manage both the maintenance and Event Planner positions in addition to all bar staff, while working in tandem with club superintendent and head golf professional. Flexible hours a must, especially during high traffic times at the club.

Event Planner Position:  (Part Time)
The Event Planner will report to the Club Manager and be responsible for the booking of all Banquet Hall events at BHCC.  Duties are outlined below and flexible hours required

1) Responsible for all Banquet hall bookings at the Club
2) Will be on site for all bookings in the Banquet Hall and remain until all itinerary items are conducted
3) Responsible all Communications (Phone/Email/Website) regarding bookings at BHCC for Banquet Hall
4) Provide tours and visits with prospective event hosts
5) Liaison to Caterer/Kitchen and House operations regarding setups
6) Create itineraries and full event plan for each on the schedule that is approved by Client
7) Ensure appropriate deposits and contracts secured for each Banquet Hall event
8) Provide Golf Tournament Contracts for Charities (any event that uses Banquet Hall)
