Chef Mike appeared on the 2013 Live Chopped Competition against Chef Robert Irvine of the Food Network. In November 2014 Mike was named one of the top up and coming chefs as he appeared in Hotel Food & Beverage Magazine. In February 2018 KJ Nosh was named in Club & Resort Business Magazine naming Chef Mike as the appointed chef at both Country Clubs.  He has spent over 15 years cooking in fine dining restaurants as well as some of the area's largest hotels, country clubs, and summer camps.
